TLL-300B
The Triple Line Lifter 300B is an economical, direct-replacement three-phase lift assembly that mounts directly to your bucket truck’s material handling jib. The TLL-300B is designed specifically for standard distribution work below 34.5kV, allowing a standard 2-lineman crew to lift and support three energized phases simultaneously – without needing heavy cranes or dedicated digger derricks on site.

- Bucket Truck Jib Integration: Purpose-built to pin into standard material handling jibs. It transforms your existing bucket truck into a multi-phase distribution workhorse.
- Horizontal Configurations Only: Engineered specifically for horizontal phase construction.
- Flexible Phase Spacing: Quick-adjust wire holders move in 3-inch increments along the crossarm with zero tools required. Accommodates a maximum outside-to-outside phase spacing of 7′ 7″ (2311 mm) and a minimum tight spacing of 1′ 7″ (483 mm).
- Interchangeable Masts: Options include 32.5” (826 mm) or 26.5” (673 mm) fiberglass masts to achieve the required phase-to-ground dielectric clearance, depending on your truck’s configuration.
- Rotational Versatility: Crossarm pins directly to the fiberglass mast and can manually rotate 15° in either direction (both inline with the boom and 90° perpendicular to it) to align perfectly with uneven poles.
- No Tools, 10-Minute Setup: Engineered for high efficiency in the field. Two linemen can have the assembly fully deployed from the truck to the air in under 10 minutes.
- Crossarm & mast are composed of fiberglass for di-electric properties
- Fiberglass is sealed using LineWise desiccant canister system
- No cross bracing required
