TLL-1300
The Triple Line Lifter-1300 is an insulated crane attachment that enables crews to complete structure changeouts and energized maintenance while keeping customers online, reducing equipment on the jobsite, and providing utilities a way to turn one avoided outage into measurable payback. It can support up to 3 energized lines and has a maximum capacity of 1300 pounds (590 kg) per phase with a total capacity of 3900 pounds (1769 kg).

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I justify the cost of the TLL-1300?
While it is a significant investment, the true comparison isn’t the cost of the tool versus zero cost—it’s the cost of the TLL-1300 versus the price of outages, extensive crew hours, extra equipment, customer impact, and delayed projects. Just one avoided outage on your system can completely offset the cost. Let us help you calculate what a single avoided outage is worth to your bottom line.
What if we don’t do enough hot work to justify it?
That might be true today, but part of the TLL-1300’s value is expanding your crew’s capabilities. If this tool allows even a few jobs per year to be completed while lines remain energized—instead of forcing a full system outage—the return on investment easily justifies itself.
Can’t we just use our existing equipment?
You might be able to, but at what cost? Consider how much extra equipment, how many additional crews, and how much setup time are required—not to mention whether the power has to be interrupted. The TLL-1300 is engineered specifically to support multiple energized phases with controlled hydraulic movement, all from a single crane setup.
Can we try the TLL-1300 before buying?
Absolutely. That is exactly why we offer a rental program as an ideal first step. You can use the TLL-1300 on a live job, document the avoided outage time, crew hours, and equipment savings, and then decide if a permanent purchase makes sense for your fleet.

TLL-1300
The Triple Line Lifter 1300 (TLL-1300) has a 1,300 lb. (590 kg) capacity per phase and articulates to allow for vertical and horizontal construction applications. For convenience, the handheld radio remote allows you to perform all the hydraulic functions: articulation, extension & retraction.
A hydraulic power unit (HPU) and transportation skid is standard with every TLL-1300. In addition, the transportation skid has dedicated slots for the wireholders, insulators and pins.
Every Triple Line Lifter 1300 comes with a boom tip adapter specifically designed for your crane. While on the job, the standard configuration spacing between the wire holders is 6.5 ft (1981 mm) when fully retracted and 14.5 ft (4420 mm)when fully extended. However, customization options are available. Each insulator comes with a custom fitted vinyl cover held in place with velcro and straps to protect the fiberglass section when not in use and during transportation.
Above all, once your TLL-1300 is ready to be put into service, a LineWise Field Service Manager will provide onsite training for your crew.
