The new TLL-300 Triple Line Lifter from LineWise is designed to support up to three phases during distribution work below 34.5 kV. With models available for bucket trucks, cranes and digger derricks, the economical TLL-300 significantly increases efficiency on pole change-outs and other maintenance tasks.
The TLL-300 features a fiberglass mast and crossarm with three adjustable wire holders. The wire holders can be moved along the crossarm in three-inch increments without the use of tools to align with various phase spacings. The wire holders include gravity gates for easy and secure capture and release of phases, and they have wear pads to help maximize the life of the crossarm. For added versatility, the crossarm can rotate 15 degrees each direction, both inline and perpendicular to the boom.
Model TLL-300B is designed to mount on the material handling jib of a bucket truck. Maximum spacing between the outside phases is 7’6″ (2,286 mm), and minimum spacing is 1’7″ (483 mm). Model TLL-300D can be mounted on digger derricks and cranes. It has a maximum outside phase spacing of 9’4″ (2,845 mm) and a minimum spacing of 1’6″ (457 mm). Two linemen can set up the products in approximately 10 minutes with no tools required.
Both models feature a load capacity of 300 pounds (136 kg) per phase, or 900 pounds (408 kg) total. Side load capacity is 100 pounds (45 kg) per phase or 300 pounds (136 kg) total. The TLL-300D can be configured for both horizontally and vertically oriented phases, while the TLL-300B is only compatible with horizontal construction.
