Louisville, Kentucky – The ICUEE (International Construction & Utility Equipment Exposition) is the largest utility show in the world and happens every 2 years. We have been exhibiting at this show for over 20 years!
record heat didn’t stop us
Despite being the hottest year on record with temperatures exceeding 100 degrees, ICUEE 2019 was our biggest and best ever. For the first time, we had a presence BOTH indoor (900 square feet) and outdoor (6300 square feet) and brought a variety of utility products for attendees to see. 1/3 of our staff were there to provide the attendees with the most up to date information about our products. We ate a lot of great food, had great company and worked our butts off. Many of us were introduced to the true meaning of, “Blood, Sweat and Tears.”
inside the convention center
Inside the convention center, we had an array of products. We upgraded our displays and increased the capacity and efficiency of our setups which made a huge difference. The giveaways were very popular as we had a lot of cool stuff (t-shirts, caps, lanyards, stickers, magnets, pens, hershey bars and koozies). The daily allotment of the TLL-1300 “Doing it Hot” t-shirts ran out early every day as attendees would come over and request one.
The indoor booth featured: Buddy Bushings, Hot Jib, HD-30 Pole Puller, Hot Line Base Plates, Roller Lifters, TLL-1300, and our newest product the TLL-500A.
lot l was a happening place
In our outdoor booth, we brought everything we possibly could: Folding Guard Arm, XHD-60 Pole Puller with Stub Puller Option, Line Lifter, Single Man Folding Basket, TLL-500, TLL-500A and the TLL-1300.
We were able to perform live demo’s of our most popular product, the TLL-1300 and our newest product, the TLL-500A. The demo’s included the latest features and options available and were very popular amongst the crowd.
We would like to thank the Manitex TC50128 crane operator, Keith Cocita from Alt Sales Corporation as he went above and beyond and was very helpful throughout the show. We would also like to thank the staff from Custom Truck One Source who were in charge of the Terex General 65 Digger Derrick in the booth as they were generous, professional and a pleasure to work with.
Due to the heat, we were very thankful we had canopies to shelter under and big bans with lots of iced down waters to keep us hydrated!
in conclusion
LineWise is proud to conclude that over 700 leads were captured from all around the world and many key customer face to face meetings were conducted this year. We are looking forward to 2021 and can’t wait to see what the future holds!
